Our Service and Support
We want you to have as
much fun owning your purchase from ThermometerShop as we have had making
them available. To this end we provide the following:
Guarantee
We warrant goods against defect in materials and workmanship for 12
months (or greater if specified in the product details) from the date of
despatch to you. At our choice we will repair or exchange free of
charge goods returned to us suitably packed and carriage paid.
Other damage accidental or otherwise is not covered by this guarantee.
Transit damage must be notified within 48 hours
of receipt of the goods. Many of our products are glass, or
contain glass and/or sensitive mechanisms and should be inspected for transit damage on receipt,
even if there is no apparent damage to the packaging.

If you would like more information about your goods, or if you have
related questions, we will be pleased to try and assist you.
Prices
For clarity, our prices are shown both with and without carriage
& packing (see below). There are no hidden costs when you buy from
ThermometerShop. AMS Products is non-VAT registered, so we do
not need to charge VAT. For orders of 3 or more items, we may be
able to offer a
beneficial carriage & packing cost.

England,
Wales, Scotland (incl. Highlands & Islands), N.Ireland, the Isle of Man,
the
Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands unless stated otherwise. Please enquire for elsewhere.
Unhappy
with your goods?
Return
the goods to us undamaged, in original packing & carriage
paid to the address at the top of this page within 14 days from receipt
and we will refund the price of the goods.
